Regency Village

A 75,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Highway 73 (Sam Furr Road) and Catawba Avenue in Huntersville, NC. It is anchored by Harris Teeter, and includes 22,000 square feet of specialty shops, necessity retail and upscale casual restaurants in Phase I.
Regency Village was a joint venture of First Colony Corporation and Signature Development. It was sold to Casto in 2006.
Cureton Town Center
Waxhaw, NC
Located at the intersection of Providence Road and Kensington Drive, Cureton Town Center is planned for 435,000 square feet of retail and 60,000 square feet of office. Kensington Drive will ultimately be a significant east / west connector linking Hwy. 521 in south Mecklenburg to Monroe. The first phase of Cureton Town Center opened in March 2007 and is anchored by a 48,750 square foot Harris Teeter supermarket and includes 26,000 square feet of specialty retail shops and restaurants. CVS, SunTrust Bank and First Charter Bank are open on outparcels.

Mooresville Crossing
Mooresville, NC
A 190,000 square foot community shopping center located on Hwy 150 at Williamson Road across from Target in Mooresville, NC. Mooresville Crossing is anchored by Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Staples, Old Navy and Petco, and includes 25,000 square feet of local shop space. Currently, Chili’s Red Robin, Steak and Shake and Panda Express are open on outparcels.
Mooresville Crossing was a joint venture of Faison, Crossroads Realty and Signature Development. It was sold to Kimco in 2007.
